Returns Policy
Within 7 days of receipt, you may be eligible to return your product for a refund. Given your item is unused and unopened and in the original packaging as received.
To be eligible, you must contact us about the return request within 7 days of the purchase date. Once 7 days have passed, we may perhaps reject the refund/exchange. If any of the products, original packaging or accessories are damaged, we will not accept the return. To commence your return please email us at support@blueboltchargers.com.
Bluebolt does not accept refunds for incompatibility issues. Please read our compatibility section clearly and ensure your phone is compatible with our wireless chargers.
Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend when returning your product to keep a record of your tracking number as proof of return in case the package is lost.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, an assessment process will occur regarding the products returned and process your request within 7 business days. We will keep you updated every step of the way. Once completed, you will be notified via email and the full amount of the purchased product will be credited back to you.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement. Please be aware that we do not refund any shipping costs.
*In particular occasions we may still accept refunds even if our instructions are not followed.
Warranty & Faulty Products
We strive to provide our customers with outstanding quality products, however being the nature of electronics from time to time there may be faults. We offer a full 1-year premium warranty on all of our products.
If you believe you have purchased a fault product, please get in contact with us at support@blueboltchargers.com. We will be in contact with you as soon as possible to rectify the issue. All faulty items if deemed faulty will receive a replacement if the warranty period is still valid. Please not that evidence of the faulty product is essential to your claim
Once we receive the suspected faulty product, we will assess the item and get back in contact with you within 1-3 working days after receiving the return. If we conclude the product to be faulty under the BlueBolt Warranty Guidelines we will replace the faulty product and arrange for the product to be shipped back to you free of charge.
If we conclude the product to not be eligible under the BlueBolt Warranty Guidelines, we will contact you directly to discuss alternatives and possible replacements at an additional cost.
Please note that some of the following will void the BlueBolt Warranty, but not limited to:
- Damages or faults caused by accidents, abuse, and misuse.
- Damages caused by wear and tear, theft or loss.
- Damages or faults caused by product tampering or use of third-party accessories.
- Use that is not in accordance with the listed instructions on the product packaging.
